Andrea"Sami" Douglas, September 28, 1941 - May 26, 2001. Born to Daniel Salisbury and Mae Wilson Casey in Kingman, AZ. passed away at home in Cripple Creek, CO. Predeceased by her mother; and her son, Larry Cheatham Jr. Survived by her daughters, Danita Oldfield and Kimm Cheatham Oldfield; her brothers, Dale Casey and Duane Casey; her grandchildren, Mel Naquin Jr., Scott Bachicha, Lani Bachicha, Justin Oldfield, Camilla Martinez, Tessa Oldfield, Brody Oldfield, Cory Cheatham Yocham and Daniel Rouchet. Services will be held Saturday, June 2, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 4109 Eubank Blvd. NE. (293-5610).
