Funeral Services for Mr. Vincent (Chepe) G. Devine will be held on Thursday at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Anthony Mares, Tony Shenuski, Nick Valencia, Larry Rambes, Michael Ortiz and Ivan Montoya. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
