Obituary for Harrity

Harry Harrity, 73, a resident of Albuquerque since 1989, passed away after a short illness Thursday, April 19, 2001. Harry was born and raised in Argentine, Kansas where he was employed by the Santa Fe Railroad for 32 years. He also served his country in the Merchant Marines and United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Fred. Harry is survived by his wife JoAn; stepsons Timothy Anders and family of Dallas, Texas and Bradley Anders and family of Wichita, Kansas; brothers, Mike, Joe, and Robert of Kansas City, Kansas; sisters, Sara Deatherage of West Plains, Missouri, Rita De Gruson of Arma, Kansas, Mary Lynch of Shawnee, Kansas, Leona Thompson of Argentine, Kansas, and numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday April 23, 2001 at Albuquerque Bible Church located at 320 Montano N.W.. Interment will follow in the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, emorial contributions may be made to Cancer research or charity of your choice.
