Jose Dennis Sanchez, 45, a resident of La Loma New Mexico passed away on April 12, 2001. Jose is survived by his loving mother, Mrs. Amelia Sanchez; seven sisters, Irene Aragon, Modesta Aragon and husband Jake, Cordelia Francis and husband Tom, Barbara Polanco and husband Hugo, Josie Sanchez, Olinda Ortiz and husband Andrew and Anabel and husband Bob; five brothers, Robert Sanchez, Greg Sanchez and wife Patsy, Reymundo Sanchez, Leroy Sanchez and Pablo Sanchez; one uncle Antonio Baros and wife Frances; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Napoleon Sanchez 1971, a brother, Ernesto Sanchez, 1983, a sister, Maria Elena Cordova, 1993 and a nephew, Max Aragon Jr. 1994. Jose was a member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 7:00 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dilia, New Mexico with visitation at the church after 3:00. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday morning at 10:00 at Sacred Heart Church with visitation at the church after 9:30. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Adam Aragon, Aaron Aragon, Victor Ureno, John Hern Jr., Napoleon Sanchez and Greg Sanchez Jr. Honorary will be, Paul Sanchez, Jonathan Cordova and Matias Sanchez. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd SW in charge of the arrangements.
