Obituary for Garcia

Joyce F. Garcia, 67, died after a short illness. She was predeceased by her husband, Manuel Garcia Jr. She was a beloved mother to Richard Newbill and Jacqie Gutierrez. Grandmother to Torrance Garcia, Amanda Newbill, Jacob Newbill, Christine Morga and Justin Morga. Burial will take place May 8, 2001.
