Fleming -- Dr. Nancy C. Fleming, 74, b. July 15, 1923, died April 30, 1998. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Earl T. Fleming of Rio Rancho; two sons, Earl Fleming II and wife, Sheryl of Boca Raton, FL, and Aaron Fleming and wife, Deborah of Rio Rancho; four daughters, Claire Carter and husband, Tom of Orlando, FL, Laura Jackson and husband, Steve of Ft. Meyers, FL, Mignon Simitz and husband, John of Roswell, NM, and Tila Hoffman and husband, Drew of Corrales, NM; 11 grandchildren, Nancy Evans and husband, Evan Evans of Orlando, FL, Earl Fleming III and wife, Danna and daughter, Emily of Oak Harbor, WA, Jamie Fleming of Dekalb, IL, Scott Carter and wife, Nicole of White, GA, Nathan and Elizabeth Jackson of Ft. Myers, FL, Taylor, Jordan and Faith Simitz of Roswell, NM, Christopher Fleming of Rio Rancho, and Colter Hoffman of Corrales, NM. Her life was dedicated to education and children. Nancy was a member of the Rio Rancho Presbyterian Church. The family will have a closed memorial reunion service on Friday, May 8, at Ghost Ranch, Abiquiu, NM. Goebel -- Patricia M. Goebel, 37, a resident of Durham, North Carolina, passed from this life on April 7, 1998. Born in Phoenix, AZ, Tricia graduated from St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque in 1977 and attended UNM. Employed at AKC Headquarters in Durham, at the time of her death, she was active in many causes for justice, peace and the environment; volunteered as an audio describer for stage productions to assist the visually impaired; and taught computer classes at the local Junior College. She is survived by her parents, Martin and Diana Goebel; and grandmother, Winfred Beemer of Albuquerque; brother, Dan and wife, Debbie, of Phoenix; sister, Susan Heck and husband, Jon, of Glendale, AZ; nephew, Jason Goebel; and nieces, Heather Goebel, Jennifer and Caitlin Heck. Services were held in three states including a Mass of the Resurrection at St. Bernadette's Parish, Albuquerque, and interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery, Phoenix. Horne -- Sarabeth Deborah Horne, age 75, a resident of Albuquerque, died May 1, 1998. She was born in Prescott, Arkansas, March 28, 1923. She is survived by her husband, Colonel Willard V. Horne of Albuquerque; son, Michael L. Horne and wife, Wanda of Denver, CO; grandson, David C. Horne of White Plains, NY; five sisters, Mary Coleman and Gertrude Estes of Prescott, AR, Clara Wishard of Little Rock, AR, Ina DeVore of Grande Saline, TX, Mozelle McSwain of Albuquerque; and nine nieces and nephews. Jontz -- Ruby A. Jontz, a resident of Albuquerque since 1934, died Saturday, May 2, 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Jeannie Hines-Gunn and husband, Gordon of Albuquerque; and grandson, Dean C. Hines Ph.D and wife, Stefani of Tucson, AZ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene M. Jontz. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church since 1934. Mrs. Jontz was a member of the Daughters of the Nile; member of Eastern Star; past Guardian of Job's Daughters Bethel #2 and was the first State Grande Guardian of Job's Daughters in New Mexico; and past President of Pi Beta Phi Mother's Club. Services will be held Wednesday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Rev. Clyde Stanfield officiating. Entombment will follow at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum, 924 Menaul NE. Pallbearers will be Paul Sackett, Tony Hidalgo, Chris Mobley, Greg Wilson, John Schuelke, and Faustin Archuleta. Parrish -- Frances Parrish, 59, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Friday, May 1. Frances is survived by her husband of 36 years, Boyd; four daughters, Debra Allison of Albuquerque, Monica Triplett and husband, Tony of El Paso, TX, Patricia Parrish of Albuquerque, and Anita Parrish of Tucson, AZ; sisters, Priscilla Chavez and husband, Flavio, Julia Gallegos and husband, Alex, Caroline Barros and husband, Epi, Mary Trujillo, all of Albuquerque and Lucille Montoya and husband, Bob of Barstow, CA; brothers, Gillie Sedillo, David Sedillo and wife, Mae, and Solomon Sedillo; grandsons, Christopher Parrish and Marcus Allison of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Aubriana and Kaitlin Triplett of El Paso, TX; and numerous nephews, nieces and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Solomon and Anita Sedillo; mother-in-law, Bertha Parrish; and brothers, Abel and Barney Sedillo. Frances worked for the Albuquerque Public Schools System with the majority of her tenure being at Eugene Field Elementary School. She was a Community Activist, representing the people from the South Broadway neighborhood. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 5, 1998, 10:00 a.m., at St. Frances Xavier Church, corner of Broadway and Pacific SE. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery, 700 Yale SE. Pallbearers will be Alex and Steve Gallegos, Flavio Chavez, Epi Barros, David Sedillo and Solomon Sedillo. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry, Ricardo and Tony Barros, Larry, Diego and Julian Gallegos, Ramon Chavez, Abel, Andy, Michael, Louie, Barney, Daniel, Zeke and Gino Sedillo, and Joey and Robert Trujillo. Ridenour -- Marie Cameron Ridenour, 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1986, died Sunday, May 3, 1998. She is survived by her husband, Harold V. Ridenour of the family home; daughter, Carole J.
