Trujillo -- Cipriano (Pano) Trujillo, 75, beloved and devoted, husband, father, grandfather, and brother was called home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, January 16, 2001. Mr. Trujillo was a resident of Ponderosa, NM; he was preceded in death by his parents, and seven brothers. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Eva Trujillo of the family home; his children, Rita Hoogerhuis of Bernalillo, Steve Trujillo and wife, Barbara of San Ysidro, NM, Sally Pacheco and husband, Alfred of Albuquerque, Evelyn Martinez and husband, Richard of Espanola, NM, Judy Gachupin and husband, Arnold of Albuquerque, Marcelino Trujillo of Washington, Rosalia Serna of California; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Epifania Gallegos and Maria Sedillo. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and those who knew and loved him. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Santo Toribio Catholic Church, in Ponderosa, NM. Internment will follow at the Ponderosa Cemetery. Altomari -- Allan John Altomari, 81, of Corrales, NM, passed away on January 19, 2001 following a valiant fight of many years with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Glenden Altomari; daughters, Antoinette and her husband, David Brown of Seattle, WA, Allana and her husband, Charles Keeler of Los Angeles, CA; three stepchildren, Andy and Kathy O'Neal of Corrales, NM, Dr. and Mrs. Larry Mason of Indianapolis, IN, and Becky O'Neal of Bloomington, IL; one sister; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Prior to moving to Albuquerque in 1989, Mr. Altomari worked with the production of rocket engines for the space program at Rocketdyne, a subsidiary of Rockwell International. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. For many years he was a volunteer at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science. Funeral services will be private and cremation has taken place. The cremated remains will be scattered over the Pacific Ocean, close to his place of birth. Arellanes -- Nora"Granny" Arellanes passed away January 18, 2001 at her home in Mc Intosh, NM. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and loved everybody. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bessie Frampton; and is survived by six sons, Bonifacio Lovato, Freddie Gonzales, Arthur Mahboub, Johnny Arellanes, Mike Segura, and Eric Segura; five daughters, Diana Hernandez, Lorraine Ruelas, Pat Lovato, Jessie Roybal, and Frances Arellanes; 36 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, with a viewing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2001, and the rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2001, with burial following at Moriarty City Cemetery. Barnett -- Barclay K. Barnett,"Barc", born May 20, 1924 an Albuquerque resident since 1954 died January 11, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Carol Barnett; a son, Luke Barnett and wife, Pam of Albuquerque; a daughter, Lee Malone and husband, Colonel Tim Malone of the U.S. Air Force currently serving in Germany; and grandchildren, Sarah and Matthew Malone. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews. Barc attended Oregon State University, Notre Dame University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado. He was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. Through his ownership of Barnett and Co. he was a manufactures representative for commercial heating and cooling systems. During World War II, he served in the U.S. Navy and concluded his tour of duty as a submarine crewman. Barc was a compassionate and gentle man who never said an unkind word about anyone. He was a caring and generous father and husband and he will be deeply missed by his family. He loved playing golf, racket ball, skiing and working out at the Sports and Wellness Mid Town. Bergstrom -- Gertrude"Gert" Bergstrom, 86, a resident of Albuquerque off and on for the last ten years, died Friday January 19, 2001. She is survived by her son, Roy Young, Jr. and wife, Lucy of Albuquerque; grandson, Bruce R. Young of Minneapolis, MN; and sister, Gladys of Minneapolis, MN. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Roy O. Young, Sr.; and later by her second husband, Carl Bergstrom. Gertrude attended the First Family Assembly of God Church. She also attended the East Gate Senior Center. She has been cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date at First Family Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Chalamidas -- Catherine Chalamidas, 87, passed away January 18, 2001. She was born in New York City August 28, 1913. Her family moved to Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. Catherine and her husband, Louis moved to Albuquerque with their children in 1947. They were in the bar and restaurant business. In the 1950's they were owners of the Town House Restaurant & Lounge and in the 1960's they were owners of the Triangle Restaurant & Lounge. Catherine is survived by her three sons, Thomas L. Chalamidas, Stewart Chalamidas and Chris Chalamidas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Sam and Gus Vagianos; and one sister, Stella Vukas; and many nephews and nieces. A Church Service will be held Sunday, January 21 at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. N.E. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 22, 1:00 p.m. at the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, 308 High Street S.E. with Father Mario Gianopoulos. Following the Church Service, Burial Service will be held at Fairview Cemetery. Dahl -- Robert "Bob" Dahl, 76, a resident of Los Lunas, died Friday, January 19, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Billie Dahl of Los Lunas; son, John Robert Dahland wife, Reena of St. Cloud, MN; daughter, Jeannie Ley of Minneapolis, MN; seven grandchildren; three stepdaughters, Linda Alexander and husband, Herman of Los Lunas, Mary Susan Messa and husband, Peter of Los Gatos, CA and Kathleen Mahoney and husband, Michael of Perth, W. Australia; nine step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Mr. Dahl was preceded in death by two step-brothers; and one sister. He was a pilot and flight instructor in the Army Air Corps during WWII, and was a retired firefighter with the Minneapolis, MN Fire Departement. Memorial Services will be held Sunday, 4:00 p.m., at Community Bible Church, 1467 N. Highway 314, with Elder Tom Nagey and Elder Greg Jones officiating. Interment of cremains will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Bible Church, 1467 N. Highway 314, Los Lunas, NM 87031.
