George W. Dyckes, 84, Sarasota, FL died May 18, 2001. He was born in Corry, PA and moved to Sarasota from Albuquerque, NM in 1984. He was a graduate of Gannon College, Erie, PA and retired as a chemist with Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, NM in 1984. He is survived by his daughter, Marilace Rix of Dudley, MA; two sons, Bruce A. Dyckes of Albuquerque and George A. Dyckes of Fair Oaks, CA; and two grandchildren. Graveside Services will be 12:00 noon Thursday, May 24, 2001 Sarasota Memorial Park, Sarasota, FL. Wiegand Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
