Lillian DeLara, 58, was born in Placitas, New Mexico on October 10, 1942, and died October 2, 2001. She is survived by her son, Chris DeLara; one daughter, Tara Paiz; two grandchildren; three sisters, Jane Denney, Viola Duran and Darlene Miller; three brothers, Jon DeLara, James DeLara and Bert DeLara. Cremation has taken place. The family requests that donations be made to the New Mexico Diabetes Center in lieu of flowers. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th NW Albuquerque 343-8008.
