Lucille Q. Petersen, 77, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2001. She is survived by her daughters, Ramona Hays and husband, Michael of Chama, NM, and Kathleen Beiser and husband, Daniel of Tecumseh, MI; brother, LaVerne Quadhamer and wife, Shirley of Upland, NE; grandchildren Lara Hays and husband, Edwin Carmack, Heather Hays, David Beiser, Kendra Beiser, Amber Beiser Mineham and husband, Dave; great-granddaughter Lauren Mineham; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Linda Quadhamer, and husband, Melvin Petersen and her beloved partner, Gordon Hermanson. Lucille was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and a life member of Disabled American Veteran's Auxiliary Unit 32. In addition, she was a volunteer at the Veteran's Administration Hospital. Services will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2001, 12:30 p.m., at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1100 Indian School Rd, NE, with Rev. Larry Wright officiating. Interment will ocur Tuesday, April 10, 2001, 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM. Pallbearers will be Steven Quadhamer, Lynn Quadhamer, David Beiser, Jim May, John Wiese, Ellis Smith. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Monday, April 9, 2001 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1100 Indian School Rd, NE 87102, or Sandia Hospice, 4725 Indian School Rd.
