W.A. "Bill" Halford, 77, a resident of TorC, NM, since 1981 died Friday, March 23, after a long illness. He was born May 23, 1923 in Monroe, OK to William A. and Mittie Halford. He was active in the Sierra Church of Christ for many years. Survivors include his wife, Ann Halford of 51 years; one daughter, Myrna Moyle and husband, Butch of Bailey, CO; one son, Rod Halford and wife, Carole of Albuquerque; two grandchildren, 1st Lt. Kevin Owens and Cara Moyle; and one great-granddaughter, Bethany Tharp. Memorial Services and cremation have taken place.
