Philip Duncan, 47, died April 3, 2001. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Duncan and is survived by his wife, Betty; son Ron; daughter, Melissa Jester and husband, Wayne; granddaughter Aubrey; mother, Lela Duncan; four brothers, Frank, Doug, Robert, and Ron; sister, Kim, and also many nieces, nephews, and friends who loved and will miss him.
