Obituary for White

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Saturday January 13, 2001

Theodore B. White, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away, January 10, 2001. Funeral services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW. CROSSING THE BAR Sunset and evening star, And one clear call for me! And may there be no moaning of the bar, When I put out to sea. But such a tide as moving seems asleep, too full for sound and foam, When that which drew from out the boundless deep turns again home. Twilight and evening bell, and after that the dark! And may there be no sadness of farewell, When I embark. For though from our bourne of Time and Place The flood may bear me far, I hope to see my Pilot face to face When I have crossed the bar. Alfred TennysonMr. White was a retired NYPD Lieutenant, an Army Veteran of WWII a 32 degree Mason, past master of Vision Lodge #18 in Rio Rancho. He was also a member of the Westside Jazz Band. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. at French Mortuary-Westside, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW.
