Linda Skaar, 57, passed away January 8, 2001. She is survived by her mother, Florence Skaar of Bismarck, ND; sisters, Flora Schulz and husband, Dennis of Bismarck, ND and Janice Heins of Milwaukee, WI; brother, Don Skaar and wife, Sandy of Charleston, WV; nephews, Jeff Schulz, Bradley Schulz, Paul Heins and Scott Heins; and niece, Angie Heins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nels Skaar and brother, Dean Skaar. Ms. Skaar graduated from Bismarck High School and Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN. She was an elementary school teacher in Albuquerque from 1968 through 1996. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 13, 2001 2:00 p.m. at 03 Arroyo Conchas in Placitas, NM with Dr. Russell Lee officiating.
