Tomas Morales, 91, a resident of Albuquerque since 1919, went home to the arms of Jesus on Friday, January 5, 2001. Mr. Morales was born in Anthony, New Mexico on December 21, 1909. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 67 years, Alice. Mr. Morales was a member of the Hope Spanish Baptist Church and a proud member of the Laborers Union for 50 years. He is survived by his son Arthur Morales, and wife Rebecca of Albuquerque, daughter Kathy (Dolly) Martinez of Los Angeles, CA., five grandchildren Yvette Sanchez, Dean Morales, Saul Morales, Christina Herrarte, Florence Subia; eight great grandchildren James, Alex, Lisa Herrarte, Adriana, Jennifer, Andrew, Roberta and Reina Subia,. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. A Memorial Service was held Monday evening at Glory Christian Fellowship Church. Services are in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave., SW
