Cecilia Lopez ¯Lily¯, 71, passed away January 5, 2001 at her daughters home. She was a native New Mexican living in Las Vegas before moving to Albuquerque. Lily was a licensed practical nurse and retired after working many years at nursing homes. She was preceded in death by her son, Danny Sena, and is survived by her daughter, Alice Gallegos; three granddaughters, Frances, Gina, and Angelique; two grandsons, Scott and Rodney; two great-grandchildren Danielle, and Bubbadande; two sisters, Rachael Lucero, and Mary Sena; son-in-law, Frank Gallegos, and numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church with a Memorial Rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 7, 2001. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Monday, January 8, 2001, with interment at a later date in Las Vegas, NM.
