Nieves A. Trujillo, 41, resident of Albuquerque passed away on November 4, 2001. She is survived by her son, Frank Manuel Duran and girlfriend, Felicia Sanchez; her parents, Edmund and Lupe Trujillo Sr.; four sisters, Esther Jane Trujillo, Roseann Trujillo, Candy Nelson and husband, Steve and Jackie Gonzales; three brothers, Edmund Joe Trujillo Jr., Augustine Trujillo and Norman Lee Trujillo and wife, Deborah; one granddaughter, Jamie Duran; Godchildren, Norman Ray Trujillo, Ted Gonzales Jr., and Crystal D. Garcia; Godparents, Annie Tafoya and Alfredo Gallegos; special nurse, Nan Brown; her pets, Honey and Oso; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Nieves was a member of the Catholic Church and a graduate of Rio Grande High School, 1978. Nieves will be remembered for her love of family, friends, music, laughter and Elvis. Those who did not have the privledge of knowing her missed out on those gifts. Nieves you touched so many lifes. You are now an angel gone but not forgotten. Our memories and your love will be forever engraved in our hearts. Until we meet again we love you. A viewing will be held Wednesday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel. Final viewing will be Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Father Manuel Viera, Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Santa Clara Cemetery resting next to her grandmother, Nieves Trujillo. Pallbearers will be, Steve Nelson, Edmund Joe Trujillo Jr., Augustine Trujillo, Norman Trujillo Sr, Steve Trujillo and William Duran. Honorary will be, Desiree Trujillo, Norman Trujillo Sr., Joseph Gonzales, Ted Gonzales Jr., Christopher Nelson, Francisco Nelson, Steven Trujillo Jr., Crystal Garcia, Sheri Gallegos and Monique Trujillo.
