Joseph R. Polichette, Sr., 62, a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, died Wednesday, February 28, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Alice Rose Polichette of Albuquerque; son, Joe Polichette Jr. and wife, Marie A. of Albuquerque; daughter, Susan Daniels and husband, Scott of Albuquerque; grandchildren, April Polichette, Joseph Polichette III, Anthony Polichette, Amanda Daniels, and Julia Daniels; brother, Anthony Polichette of Buffalo, NY; sisters, Florence Gerst of Williamsville, NY and Mary Wise of West Seneca, NY; sister-in-law, Noreen Farrell of West Seneca, NY; and many nieces and nephews in New York. Mr. Polichette retired from The Buffalo New York Board of Education as a furniture finisher in 1979. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather who will be missed by all of us. Memorial Services will be held Sunday, March 4, 2001, 3:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. NE, with Rev. Guy Lynch officiating.
