Mateo "Matt" Moretto, 84 of Gallup, NM. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2001 at the First United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jeff Symonds officiating. Burial will be at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Gallup, NM. He died on February 28, 2001 at Gallup, NM. He was born on December 3, 1916 at Des Moines, IA. He was a life Member of the Elks Lodge #1440. Past President of the Gallup Indian Ceremonial New Mexico Amigos. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 6, 2001 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Rollie Mortuary. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Moretto of Gallup, NM; daughter, Lynn Davidson of Flagstaff, AZ, daughter, Rhonda Trujillo of Gallup, NM; sister, Rose Beaumont of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Jennie Carpenter of Albuquerque, NM; brother, James Moretto of Bremen, ID; sister, Priscilla Reddick of Pensacola, FL, sister, Josephine Troy of Albuquerque, NM; he is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Moretto, mother, Jennie Moretto, daughter, Barbara J. Moretto. Donations may be made to the RMCHCS Home Health, 650 Vandenbosch Dr. Gallup, NM 87301. Pallbearers will be Edward Canete, Adelfio P. Fronterotta, Dennis Griego, Jerry Guillen, Riley Johnson Jr., John McBreen, Darrell Olson.
