Salomon Lucero, 79, beloved husband, brother, uncle and friend was called home to be with the Lord our Savior, Sunday, September 23, 2001. Salomon was a life long resident of Bernalillo; and a proud World War II Army Veteran. He is survived by his loving wife, Valentina Lucero; two sisters, Rosita Sanchez or Corrales, Ignacia Garcia of California; two brothers, Robert Duran of Bull Head, NV and Micky Duran of Belen; several brother and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those who knew and loved him. A Memorial Mass will be conducted Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo. Funeral Services are entrusted to Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth Street NW, 898-3160.
