Obituary for Griebling

Florence P. Griebling 82, a resident of Albuquerque since 1967, died Friday, February 9, 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Caroline Lange and husband, Bob of Albuquerque; son, Ed Griebling of Rio Rancho; grandchildren, Michelle and Chris Lange of Albuquerque; great grandchild, Richard McClurg also of Albuquerque; and a brother, George Pearson and wife, Kay of Ellsworth, Maine. Mrs. Griebling was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years Edward, two brothers, Edwin and Herman Pearson and two sisters, Anne White and Helen Wilson. Mrs. Griebling served her country as a civilian employee of the US Army Air Corps. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Rio Rancho Wednesday Night Bridge Club. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held, Sunday, February 18, 2001, 3:30 p.m. at French Mortuary-Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW with the Reverend Clyde Stanfield officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 6301 Forest Hills NE, 87109.
