Obituary for Lutz

Roy Lutz, 80, died suddenly on January 27, 2001. A citizen of Albuquerque since 1973, he was born in Kansas City on December 31, 1920. He served in the Army Signal Corps as a cryptographer in the South Pacific during World War II. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Eunice; and their two sons, Douglas W. Lutz and Jeffrey S., Lutz, both of Albuquerque. Cremains will be interred in a private family service at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later time. The family suggests memorial gifts be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America Zia Chapter.
