Evelyn W. Davis, 89, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died on Monday, January 29, 2001. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Claude E. Davis; sons, Thomas E. Davis and wife, Glenda, Don T. Davis and Jim A. Davis and wife, Linda all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Bryan Davis and wife, Stephanie, John T. Davis and wife, Lorrie, Chad E. Davis and Cathy Davis West and husband, Clint and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Donald. Evelyn was a faithful member of Immanuel Presbyterian Church where her husband served on the board of Elders, Services will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2001, 4:30 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. N.E., with Pastor Chris Lieberman, officiating. Burial to take place in Oklahoma.
