Obituary for Dubay

Cindy DuBay-Durden, peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, February 16, 2003 surrounded by her loving family and best friend, Brenda Arrossa. Cindy is survived by her devoted husband, William F. Durden; stepdaughters, Jezmynne Amergin and Corinne Durden; three step-grandchildren; parents, Kenneth and Maxine DuBay; brothers, Timothy J. DuBay and wife, Regine, Michael A. DuBay and wife, Kristi; four nieces; two nephews; and her beloved cat, the Dowager Princess. Cindy would want to thank her associates and friends at PNM who were most supportive, helpful, and loving through the duration of her illness and her beloved friends at the State Bar of New Mexico Legal Assistance Division. Cindy was a 1974 graduate of Sandia High School, a 1978 graduate of New Mexico State University, and received her Associates Degree in paralegal studies from University of Albuquerque. Cindy was born in Saginaw, Michigan on March 15, 1956. She enjoyed traveling with Fred in the"Big Girl," a 1975 Oldsmobile convertible, attending classic car shows, visiting museums, reading books and magazines, and watching old movies. Cindy's circle of family and friends will gather together on Saturday, February 22, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. at the Aquinas Newman Center, 1815 Los Lomas Road, NE. Reception to follow at the family home. We love her and will miss her more than words can convey.
