Obituary for Chong Kee

Irene"Cookie" Chong Kee of Wailuku, HI, 53, died November 25, 2002 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born August 12, 1949 in Ft. Sumner, NM. Mrs. Chong Kee was employed by Maui Family Support Services as a Social Worker. She taught parenting skills and child development. Her hobbies included exercising, weight training, traveling, and painting. She loved humor and most of all her children. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth J. Chong Kee of Waiehu, HI; son, Chris Chavez of Waiehu, HI; daughters, Kelsey Chong Kee and Lacy Chong Kee also of Waiehu, HI; sisters, Gloria Rael of Clovis, NM and Patsy Sena of Albuquerque; brothers, Albert Sena of Albuquerque, Larry Sena of Wailuku, HI, Michael Sena of Wailuku and David Sena of Wailuku. A Funeral Service was held Monday, December 2, 2002 at Nakamura Mortuary in Wailuku, HI.
