Lillian P. Bason, 89, much loved mother and grandmother, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2003. She is survived by her three children and their spouses: son, Frank Bason and wife, Ingrid of Silkeborg, Denmark; daughter, Christine Becker and husband, Robert of Placitas, NM; and son, Roger Bason and wife, Ampi of Highland, NY. Lillian's grandchildren include, Christian Bason and wife, Malene and Peter Bason, all of Copenhagen, Denmark, Justin Becker of Albuquerque, and Charlie and Athena Bason of Highland, NY. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles. She will be missed and loved by all her family forever. Lillian was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church, the La Vida Llena community and also an author of several children's books. She was secretary to the Chairman of the Board of the New York Stock Exchange during the 1930's. A celebration of Lillian's life will be held Saturday, February 15, 2003, at 10:00 a.m., at La Vida Llena, Carter Hall, 10501 Lagrima de Oro NE. Please send flowers to La Vida Llena.
