Elizabeth G. Johnson died Saturday, February 8, 2003 in Albuquerque at the age of 62. She is preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Johnson; two daughters, Debbie Luna and Angela Vigil; and a grandson, Robert Cloven Jr. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Cloven and husband, Robert of Belen, NM, Julie Luna of Albuquerque, and Albert Luna of Albuquerque; one brother, Oliver Hovey; five sisters, Rose Hovey, Judy Barela, Viola Chavez and husband, David, Norma Davalos and Marlene Trujillo and husband, Joe; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Johnson will be held on Wednesday at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Cloven, Adrian Vigil, Richard Vigil, Gabriel Vigil, Carlos Salazar and Christopher Cloven. Honorary Pallbearers will be Pamela Marquez, Benjamin Vigil, Antoinette Chavira, Mary Lou Baca, Gloria Salazar and Gabriella Salazar. Visitation for Mrs. Johnson will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Mortuary Chapel. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
