Maurice Dale Wright, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, January 12, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Wright of Albuquerque; sons, Kelly D. Wright and wife, Deborah of Port St. Lucie, Fl and Maurice D. Wright, III and wife, Trish of Albuquerque; daughter, Sheila P. Williams of Las Cruces; brother, Norman O. Wright and wife, Louise of Plainview, TX; and seven grandchildren. Maurice proudly served his country through two wars. He was devoted to his God and his family all of his life. Services will be held Thursday, January 16, 2003, at 11:00 a.m., at Temple Baptist Church, 1613 Arizona NE, with Rev. Fred Gurule officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Temple Baptist Mission Fund, 1613 Arizona NE, Albuquerque, 87110.
