Obituary for Wagner

Mrs. Opal L. Wagner, died peacefully in the company of her daughter, Dodie on Wednesday, January 8, 2003, at the home of her grandson, Dan and Sonia Otero at 1201 Rosewood Dr. in Clovis, New Mexico. She was born December 1, 1908 in Sturgis, South Dakota. She married William Chauncy Wagner and has lived in Albuquerque since 1928. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband; her twin sister, Pearl; and most recently and sadly her granddaughter, Nan Botone. She is survived by her three children, Dolores Pearl Christensen of Clovis, New Mexico, William L. (Billy) Wagner and his wife, Sally of Petaluma, California, and Letty Wagy and her husband, Paul of Albuquerque; and proudly by ten grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. In lieu of flowers, donations in Opal's memory should be made to World Vision, P.O.
