Obituary for Yoder

Dolores Yoder, 73, a resident of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 21, 2003. She is survived by her son, A.J. Jackson and wife, Nancy; daughter, Susan Jeffries and husband, John, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Sherman and wife, Annisa, Yvette, Yveonne, Veronica, Jeremy, Natasha and Harley; great-grandchildren, Cody, Justice, Cassandra and Jaren; brothers, Sam M. Gonzales and wife, Helen, Leo Ray Gonzales and wife, Lupe, all of Albuquerque; sisters, Lillie Barreras of Clayton, Anita Archuleta and husband, Manuel of Clayton, and Gina Escobedo and husband, Joe of Albuquerque; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Alex Jackson Sr., her second husband, James M. Yoder and son Richard L. Jackson. Mrs. Yoder was a member of the V.F. W. Post 401and American Legion. She was also a member of the Elks Club and the DAV. Mrs. Yoder was a member of the Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., February 25th at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix NE. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., February 27th, at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. Pallbearers are Sherman Jackson, Jeremy Jackson, John Jeffries, Melvin Barreras, Richard Archuleta and Eddie Guzman. Honorary Pallbearer's are Bertha Begin, Joseph Escobedo, Donald Gonzales, and Michael Barreras. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
