Bill E. Britt, age 68, a life long resident of Albuquerque died February 20, 2003. Survivors include his wife, of 51 years, Rose Marie of the family home; children, Cindy Phalen and husband, Micky, Lademma Nelson and husband, Greg, LaVon Britt, Shannon Minero and husband, Andrew, Randy Britt; sister, Charlotte Strain; brother, Jerry Britt; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild all of Albuquerque; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by sister, Barbara Daggett. Bill was a lifelong member of I.B.E.W 611; he loved horse races, fishing, golf, and gardening. He was an avid Lobos and Dallas Cowboy's fan, coached for the Central Valley Little League and was a Boy Scout Awards Officer. Viewing and Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2003 at Strong-Thorne Mortuary.
