Sylvia Berson, 97, a resident of Albuquerque for 10 years, died Saturday, February 22, 2003. She is survived by her son, Stanley"Steve" Berson and wife Tina; grandchildren, Paul Berson, Michael Berson, Elaine Hauff, Gloria Berson, Brian Berson, Eric Berson; and 9 great grandchildren. She resided at Sandia Manor Care and those who knew her would say she was"high spirited" even at the end. Shiva will be observed at the home of Steve and Tina Berson. Graveside services will be held Monday, February 24, 2003, 3:00 p.m., at Congregation Albert Cemetery, 700 Yale SE, with Cantor Jacqueline Shuchat-Marx officiating.
