Obituary for Clayton

Willis"Bill" Clayton, 82, a resident of Albuquerque, beloved husband, father and grandfather, died Sunday, March 16, 2003. He is survived by his two sisters, Martha Tucker of Santa Fe and Charlotte Brice of Oklahoma City, OK; sons, Ronald Clayton and wife, Susan of Grand Canyon, AZ and Rick Clayton and wife, Betty of Albuquerque; daughter, Sharon Zeman and husband, Phillip of Chaparral, NM; six grandchildren, Victoria Zeman, Warren Zeman, Katie Clayton, Jenifer Clayton, Coy Clayton and Will Clayton. Mr. Clayton was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle May. He was born January 24, 1921 in Bokchito, Oklahoma. Mr. Clayton retired from Mountain Bell after 39 years, Central Office Repair. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. Services will be Wednesday, 12:00 noon, at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, with Ron Clayton officiating.
