Lupe Chavez Almodova passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2003. She is survived by her children, Rosemary, Joe Jr. and wife, Paula, Amanda, Jerry and wife, Marcella, Anna Marie and husband, Nick; two brothers, Victor and John Chavez; grandchildren, Julie, Shawn, Celice, Dionne, CJ, Eric, Francesca, Megane, Matthew, and Jeremy; 13 great-grandchildren; compadres, Hilario and Basila Calderon; and a special friend, Barbara. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, March 27, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1601 Griegos, Rd.
