Eva B. Gutierrez, age 74, Our Lord and her Son have come to take her home on March 27, 2003. Eva was retired from Presbyterian Hospital. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Ernie Encinias; her parents Valentin and Timotea Baros. She is survived by her daughter Chris Lucero and husband Sam; granddaughters, Cynthia Leon and husband Victor, Melanie Pino and husband Thomas; grandsons Matthew Lucero and Joseph Lucero; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Isaac, and Adrian Leon, Michelle Pino, Anthony and Michael Lucero. Also surviving are one brother, John Baros and wife Lottie; one sister Betty Sanchez and husband Toby; a special son, Jerry Gutierrez and the Gutierrez family, Bob, Joe, Orlando, Virginia and Pricilla of Hondo, NM; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitations will be held Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary; followed by a Rosary and Funeral Services at 2:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Corona Community Cemetery, in Corona, NM. Casketbearers will be Lincoln Sanchez, Pete Corralez, Jr., Danny Baros, Larry Chavez, Randy Maldonado and Patrick Sanchez. Honorary bearers will be Tomas Campos, Tobias Baros, Orlando Baros and Thomas Tafoya. Special thanks extended to the Staff of Valle Norte Care Center.
