Sandra Lee Wilcox, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on March 27, 2003. Sandra was born on February 28, 1947 in Pennsylvania. She loved to play the piano, and enjoyed singing. She was also very fond of painting. Sandra was an avid gardener and loved to grow her beautiful vegetables. She was a very loving mother, daughter and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia in 1996. She is survived by her daughters, Ali Hayes and fiancé, Ramsey Abouremeleh of San Francisco, CA, and Megan Wilcox of Rio Rancho; her father, Bill Stauffer of Rio Rancho; sister, Patricia Leslie and husband, Donald of Lowell, MA; one brother; niece, Beth Leslie, and her beloved friends, Stephanie Spinks, Kathy Buckner and Kim Guerino. A Memorial Service for Sandra will be held on Friday, April 4, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Sunrise Funeral Options in Rio Rancho.
