Mrs. Emilia Montoya age 75 passed away following a long illness of cancer and heart problems. She is proceeded in death by her parents Francisco and Julia Montoya, brother George Montoya, daughter Clara May Montoya, sister in law Alvria Montoya. The family wishes to thank Quality Continuum Hospice and also a special thanks to care giver and friend Lucy Rivera. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband Thomas Montoya, sons Al Montoya and wife Viola, and Tito Montoya, daughter Mary V. Salas and husband Cip, brothers Tony Montoya, and Manuel Montoya and wife Coby, sister Frances Cano and husband Julio, 6 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral serivces for Mrs. Montoya will be held Monday at 10 am where the Mass will be celebrated ant the San Isidro Catholic Church in Corrales. Burial will follow at the Corrales Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brian Montoya, Michael Montoya, Joseph Montoya, Jamie Montoya, Jason Montoya, and Carlos Gurule. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tyler Montoya, and Tommy Salas.
