| Cecile (Ceil) L. Devine, 87, of Los Alamos, and formerly of Albuquerque and Chicago, passed away Tuesday, April 8. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, in 1983. She is survived by her four children; and three grandchildren. Services will be held Monday at the IHM Catholic Church in Los Alamos. | |
