Obituary for Sullivan

Genevieve"Jenny" L. Sullivan, 86, a resident of Albuquerque since 1948, died Wednesday, April 30, 2003. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harley T. Sullivan of Albuquerque; son, Larry Sullivan and wife, Donna of Albuquerque; daughter, Kathy Sullivan Barnicoat and husband, Ken of Santa Teresa, NM; grandson, Sean Sullivan of Albuquerque; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reni and Kunie VanBelleghem; and two sisters, Katy Miller and Marie Czajkowski. Mrs. Sullivan was an active member of Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church where she was involved with the Golden Agers and many other parish functions. She volunteered many hours helping the elderly with daily activities. Above all, she was a caring wife and a loving mother who put the needs and cares of her family before all others, including herself. Mrs. Sullivan leaves her family with a lifetime of memories that will live on in their hearts forever and always. Rosary will be recited Friday, May 2, 2003, at 5:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Mass will be celebrated Saturday, May 3, 2003, at 8:30 a.m., at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, Claremont and Vermont NE. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, Friday, May 1, 2003, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the American Parkinson's Disease Association, 1250 Hylan Blvd. Staten Island, NY, 10305.
