Lorenza"Lore" Placencio passed away at her home in Albuquerque on April 28, 2003. She is survived by her son, Gus Parker and granddaughter Haley, two brothers, seven sisters, nieces and nephews. The prayer vigil will be at Church of the Risen Savior in Albuquerque on May at 7:00 p.m. and a Memorial Mass will be at Prince of Peace Church in Albuquerque on May 5, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. The Prayer Vigil will be at Baca's Funeral Home, Highway 180 in Silver City, NM. on May 8, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. and Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima, 340 Mayo, Bayard, NM. on May 9, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Gila Cemetery. Her hands are still now and her lovely heart has stopped beating, but her precious memory will remain with us and the scent of the loveliest rose remains with us forever.
