| Phillip J. Otis, age 43, left us to join his father in heaven on April 30th. He was born in Monterey, California, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. He moved to New Mexico in 1994 and lived in Corrales for the past nine years. He leaves his mother, Jeannette Otis; his brother, Vincent Otis; and sister Adrienne Otis, all of California; and numerous nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; and cousins. | |
