Obituary for Lamberson

Mada Annah Lamberson, 50, a resident of this area since moving from Clovis, NM in 1956, died on April 30, 2003 in Albuquerque. She was an avid reader, loved animals, shopping for antiques and the porcelain eggs she collected and was a seamstress extraordinaire who also enjoyed needlepoint and needlework. She had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing, especially at First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho where she was a member. Her true joy was her loving family, who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, James Hester, in 1994. Survivors include her husband, Steve Lamberson of Rio Rancho; mother, Eileen Hester of Panama City, FL; three children, Annah Lamberson, a school teacher in Dallas, TX, Steven Lamberson, Jr., a student at Purdue University in Indiana and Eileen Lamberson, a student at UMHB in Belton, TX; brother James Herbert Hester, Jr. and wife, Cynthia of Tullahoma, TN; sister, Glenna Keck and husband, Harold of Panama City, FL; and a large loving family and many good friends. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 4 at Chapel of Sunrise, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 5 at First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho with Pastor James H. Hester, Jr. and Pastor Si Budagher officiating. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park. Pallbearers will include Aaron Rohde, Joshua Keck, Harold Keck, David Morgan, Seth Henderson, Jason Merrell and Kris Merrell.
