Obituary for Otis

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Thursday May 08, 2003

Phillip J. Otis. Phil had a good heart, was very generous, and always supported those around him. Friends remember him doing little things to make birthdays and holidays special. Phil loved nature and being outdoors. He had an adventurous spirit and loved exploring. He enjoyed traveling, scuba diving, sea fishing, whale watching and photography. Phil loved spending time with his pets, especially his two Ridgebacks, Rhoda and Abbie. He also enjoyed working on home improvement projects, even though they weren't always successful. Phil also worked hard, made sacrifices for those he loved, and always encouraged those around him to succeed. He will be missed by all those whose lives he has touched. Friends are invited to attend Memorial Services. Thursday, May 8, 2003 5:30 p.m. Old San Ysidro Church (3 miles north on Corrales Road off Alameda.
