Don P. Beers, age 77, of Santa Fe, NM, died on Monday, May 19, 2003. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Beers. Don was born April 9, 1926 to Don B. and Pauline Beers. He married Geraldine Beers on May 19, 1952 in Santa Fe, NM. Mr. Beers was a retired Real Estate Broker, a member of the Elks Lodge, Mason in the Masonic Lodge and a Shriner. His sense of humor will be missed. He is survived by his son, Ron Beers and wife, Kitty; daughter, Lori Beers-Ashoo and husband, Luay; grandchildren: Bonnie Beers, Nicki Scalley, Shane Beers, Ryan Ashoo, Amanda Ashoo and Kirsten Ashoo; great-grandsons: Riley and Cameron Russil. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2003, 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
