Charles E. Gregory, age 78 and a resident of Albuquerque since 1946 died Saturday, May 24, 2003 in a local hospital following an illness. Mr. Gregory is survived by two daughters, Teresa Gregory of Albuquerque, and Sandra Riebe and her husband, Joseph of Rio Rancho; two sisters, Dorothy Johnston of Kentucky and Mary Poll of Ohio; two brothers, James Gregory of Ohio and Donald Gregory of Kentucky. His four grandchildren, Joshua Gregory, Phineas, Alicia, and Daniel Riebe also survive him. He was preceded by his wife, Myrtle E. Gregory who died in November 2002. Mr. Gregory served in the US Army during WWII. A viewing and visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald and son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE. Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 28, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors with Rev. Tom Beach officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery with Joshua Gregory, Darrell and George Cunningham serving as casket bearers.
