Philip Patrick Perez, born July 28, 1973 went to be with our Lord May 23, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Perez and a loving father to Roberta, Gabriel, Joshua and Jeremiah (Bullfrog) Perez; also survived by his parents, Benny Otero, Rita Rodriguez; and brothers, Michael Otero, Robert Otero and Luiz Otero. Pallbearers will be Lawrence (Shady) Dean, Sean Donner, Robert Flores, Michael Otero, Robert Otero and Luiz Otero. Services for Phil will be held on Friday, May 30th at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith NE, 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. Rest in peace, Philip Patrick Perez
