Phillip E. Delgado, 83, a resident of Albuquerque for one year, died Sunday, May 25, 2003. He is survived by his loving companion, Consuelo Lopez of Albuquerque; sister, Marisa Delgado of Spain; niece, Cyd Scott of Grass Valley, CA; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Mr. Delgado was an actor known as"Phil Tracy". He worked for Hotel International in Public Relations. Mr. Delgado was a WWII Army Air Corp. Veteran. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held.
