Gunda Zavakos, 86, a resident of Albuquerque since 1967, died Friday, June 13, 2003. She is survived by her son, Christ Zavakos and wife, Beate Flitsch of Albuquerque; grandson, Jonny Zavakos of Albuquerque; brother, Hans Fischer of Germany; and sister, Berta Rupp of Germany. She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, John Zavakos.
