Sally Maynes, 56, passed away June 14, 2003 after a short illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman A. Maynes, and is survived by her four children, Cindy Vargas and husband Nick, Michelle Esquibel and husband Gary, Abel Maynes and Herman Maynes Jr.; seven grandchildren, Liane, Crystal, Joanne, Dominic, Cory, Jordan, and Andrew; six sisters; two brothers; many other family and friends that loved and will miss her. Services will be held at St. Edwin Parish, 2105 Barcelona SW. A viewing will begin at 6:00pm on Wednesday, June 18, 2003, followed by the rosary, which will be recited at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 19, 2003 at 8:30am. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith NE. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST.
