Obituary for Hodgin

LeAnne Hodgin-Davis, 58, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, June 14, 2003. She is survived by her mother, Monte Lee Davis-McMullen; sons, Charles Arthur Johnson and Larry LaMont Hodgin and wife Anita Elizabeth Hodgin, II; daughter, Nancy Lee Johnson, all of Albuquerque; and fiance, Gregory Joseph Tabet of Los Angeles, CA; and grandchildren Danella Dominique Hodgin, Lisa Bernadette Griego, and Naomi Jenifer Martinez. Mrs. Hodgin-Davis was born in Albuquerque. She was a teacher for 26 1/ 2 years. Mrs. Hodgin received a national award for instituting the Character Counts Program. She was an active member of Faith Lutheran Chuch and the American Association of University Women. A tree planting memorial service will be held Thursday, 9:30 a.m., at Faith Lutheran Church, 10000 Spain Rd. NE, with Pastor Bruce Wilder officiating.The family would like to thank everyone for their support and prayers during her brief hospital stay.
